Tobias Nesemann advises freight forwarders on all their legal issues related to logistics, transport and purchase management. He serves the special consulting needs of start-ups operating in logistics with tailor made solutions, as well as advising and representing these clients in relation to negotiating framework agreements, drafting general terms and conditions and standard contracts, and with claims handling.
He advises the maritime tourism industry on supply and service contracts, the legal challenges of ship operation, as well as on collective and individual maritime labor law. In addition to the renowned cruise lines, his client portfolio also includes globally operating crewing and management agencies. As a former police officer, he is also responsible for the area of maritime personal injury within the firm.
