Galip Güldaş advises German and international clients in contentious and non-contentious cases, with a focus on insurance, transport and general commercial law matters. He also assists companies as well as individuals with labour and immigration law issues, mainly relating to the employment of foreign workers on offshore projects located in German coastal waters or the exclusive economic zone of Germany.
Prior to joining FLEET HAMBURG, Galip Güldaş worked at law firms in three jurisdictions, gaining experience in a variety of practice areas including corporate and intellectual property law.
