  • Assisting a German logistics provider and its insurer in relation to an accident on board a chartered vessel carrying high value hazardous cargo. Advising on cross-border issues concerning English, German, US and Japanese jurisdictions.
  • Advising a leading engine manufacturer and its subsidiaries on the drafting of general terms and conditions and contracts for specific projects. Representing this client in various cross-border disputes with customers, service providers and joint venture partners.
  • Representing a German bank in proceedings in the London High Court against a consortium of insurers in the London market in connection with claims in excess of EUR 10 million under a Mortgage Interest Insurance policy.
  • Advising a German Insurer in relation to general average issues arising from the Ever Given casualty.
  • Drafting and negotiating a cross-border share purchase agreement worth more than EUR 20 million.
  • Representing shipowners, charterers, cargo interests and insurers in various London arbitrations.
  • Representing traders in Gafta arbitrations.
