Every entrepreneur is concerned with labor law. We advise individual entrepreneurs as well as global players on the many facets of individual and collective employment law. In individual employment law, the focus is on managing director contracts and employment contracts of executive employees. 

For historical reasons, we also focus on the maritime sector. We advise on national and international maritime employment law issues (such as SeeArbG and MLC) and have many years of experience in negotiating collective bargaining agreements for the cruise industry.
