Disputes among reinsurers or excess of loss insurers are rare, but we have our expertise in this area as well by being the go to firm when it comes to such disputes. Most recently, we successfully represented German insurers in a substantial dispute with London excess of loss insurers over a major claim involving a cash-in-transit company.
