Disputes in relation to cargo insurance concern mainly the scope of coverage. We regularly advise and represent both policyholders and insurers on coverage disputes under cargo policies subject to German and English law and all standard insurance conditions, in particular the DTV Cargo Insurance Conditions and the Institute Cargo Clauses.
