We advise buyers and suppliers on shipbuilding, repair and conversion contracts of offshore units (JUB/JUV, PSV, CTV, ERRV, GV, W2W, AHT, Dredgers, Cable layers, FSO). This includes, on the one hand, the drafting of supervision and supply contracts and, on the other hand, assisting when any disputes arise in connection with the execution of such projects.
